Sales Tax

Residents in all states other than California do not pay sales tax for our products. California residents add 7.25% sales tax; residents of Los Angeles County add a total of 8.25% sales tax.

For products that are exclusively "online" where no shipping is involved, no tax is charged to any customer regardless of where they live.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items. For a few of our online products like DiagnosisPro Online, we offer a free 30-day trial period. However, for most of our products, customers pay for the products upfront and are then guaranteed their money back if they decide to return the products within 30 days. The money back guarantee is no longer valid once the customer has officially registered the software and received its validation key code.

Shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club and Carte Blanche. For the quickest transaction, we accept credit card orders online. If you are an international customer outside of the United States who's paying by credit card, please go here for more instructions.

We also accept faxed purchase orders from government agencies, hospitals, clinics, universities, research institutions and other healthcare institutions within the United States.

We do accept corporate and personal checks. Your product will be sent out as soon as we receive the check.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that customers use the same address for both billing and shipping. Otherwise, your order may be delayed for further verification.

Security

To establish an account and to purchase from us, the personal customer information that you provide -- including your credit card information -- is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

Licensing

The license for a single user of any of our products is a legally binding License Agreement granting one user certain rights for the access and use of the software's electronic content. (To review the License Agreement for single users, please click here.)

Let us know which item(s) that you are interested in sharing with multiple users, and let us know how many users. We will assess your needs as soon as possible and quote a price to you.

Each multi-user licensing contract is based upon mutually agreeable terms to make our products more affordable for the use by several people in your organization.

International Credit Card Purchases

For your safeguard and ours, it is strongly suggested that the billing address of the credit card and the shipping address to receive the product are the same. If the billing address for your credit card is different from the shipping address, please fax a copy of a document that includes both your name and the billing address. This verification is for your protection as well as ours.
